Artist statement:

I want people to understand more about organ transplant through my artwork. I draw an angel as the donor to show that he\she has been declared brain dead. I have decided to express cornea transplant for this piece through the passing of a puzzle piece from a person to the other. There is stitch line on the angel's face because he has donated his cornea.
