Theme: More than Me - Beyond this Life

Artist statement:
My artwork is about a person dying but another person rendered help to pull him up. Life is a cycle where everyone would be helping each other at certain time point. In my artwork, should the hourglass be emptied, it would be turned upside down. The scenario would then be reversed. At this juncture, the person who previously received help, would then be able to step up to be the helping hand to the one who saved him earlier on.
