Artist statement:

The girl in the art and her teddy bear are in dark and lifeless colours to show that they feel hopeless. The girl has heart problems, and is wearing something to cure her heart disease. The girl in the artwork is in an Art Gallery of organs, trying to find a heart that can match with her body. When she finally finds a heart that match with her and she touched it, magic happens and all drawings in the gallery come to life. The girl’s left hand touching the heart has lively colours to show that she has hope now.
