Artist statement:

My painting shows two hands mending the different parts of the heart by sewing them together. Each part of the heart has its unique pattern which may not be very attractive on its own. However, when each individual pieces with different perspectives come together, it will bring new life, ideas and perspectives. The colours also represent its forms. I want to express my painting with various colours and patterns as I wanted to give my painting full of vibrant energy to express the happiness of a new life.
