Artist statement:

My artwork shows a stopwatch, which represented the time we have in our lives. Organs function like parts of clockwork. Thus, in this stopwatch, I included the organs of the heart and lungs and tubes with white lines representing bones. Just like how the parts of the clock stop functioning, the organs fail and time stops and as time stops, with organ failure, the patient's life ends.
