Artist statement:

My artwork is about an organ and a human working together to become stronger as one. In my picture, a girl is reading bedtime stories to her organ. In the background, pictures are hung with many memories of their hardship over the years and successes. Over the years, while creating a stronger bond. The colour of the girl's shirt and the picture frame corresponds with the physical and mental state of the girl and her organ, with dark blue being the worst and yellow the best. I created this artwork to remind everyone to be grateful for their organs and provide it with much love and care. Many people are not as fortunate and do not have all the organs we own, so take the time to read up on how to treat your organs with the right amount of nutrients you need. Treat your organ as a friend, as a companion.
