Artist statement:

This is an artwork of a circus inside a heart. 'My Organ, My Companion' is to make us feel that our organs are our friends and that we should care for them. The strong contrast between top and bottom of my work is to show the difference in how our organs look like if we take care of them. It signifies that the bottom is not being well-taken care of, while the top is being depicted with the use of vibrant colours, to show fun and happiness.

We often forget that our organs are the biggest part of us, our companion wherever we are, and we somehow mistreat them. No matter how playful or forgetful we can be, we must ensure that we take good care of ourselves and our body, which includes our organs.
