Artist statement:

My artwork depicts how a cornea transplant may be a portal to a whole new world. Shown in my artwork front the top of the staircase - an eerie forest of unfamiliarity, to the bottom - a land of creation and possibilities, where imagination blooms and new yet familiar ideas blossom, such as the flying goldfish and giant flamingos. Endless opportunities are granted as one journeys into a whole new world.
