Artist statement:

My piece illustrates the impact individuals can make, and the endless possibilities if everyone plays a part. The central figure, a young girl, adds a stone to a wall symbolising community strength. Each stone is a piece of the accumulated acts of kindness and advocacy, forming a foundation for a society that deeply values organ donation. "Kidney balloons" float around, symbolising the provided lifelines and new beginnings, with a child holding one, rising above. A hand passes a "heart flower" to another, which shows the essence of giving, and sharing life and love. Crowds advocating for organ donation create a chorus of support, emphasising collective efforts for significant change. The dramatic lighting and atmospheric effects highlight the hopeful path towards a compassionate future. This piece emphasises the importance of unity and the ripple effect of individual actions in fostering a world where organ donation is widely understood and every life is cherished.
