Artist statement:

My artwork shows a girl that symbolises myself, and in the artwork I am viewing different patients and donors through bubbles, which represents their fragility and the need to protect and support them in whatever ways we can. The lily of the valley symbolises good luck and love. With love, we can empathise with the donors and patients more, learn to support them and be thankful for the donors providing a new life and future for the patients. Through this artwork, I want to show that each donor and patient comes from different backgrounds and are unique, and each body part is vitally important and fragile like bubbles. We should spread more awareness about them, support them, and most importantly cherish our bodies and love ourselves.
