Artist statement:

My artwork is about the after journey of various transplanted organs. It shows that each organ is like the engine to our body which allows people to move on in life. I think it is like a personal and meaningful journey to the donor or recipient so the different transports go in different directions on their path of light. The bright sky represents the little hope and positivity everyone needs as a guide if they find themselves lost and the mountains are like the obstacles we face. The overall concept of my artwork is that it takes time to heal and find our new journey of light again whenever life begins to feel uneasy for us.
