Artist statement:

The "Pocket of Life" symbolises the hope and life that individuals can contribute to organ donation and transplantation. Inspired by the beloved Polly Pocket toys, the characters in this image are each connected to a heart, representing life and love. Regardless of our roles and the things we do, we all embody the life-saving potential within us. Making a difference in organ donation can be as simple and close to heart as carrying something meaningful in our pockets.
