Artist statement:

In today’s society, we often find ourselves building relationships through technology, food, music and much more, like in the artwork. This artwork prompts us to question how we can further push the boundaries of forging connections through organ donation. After all, it is the deep sense of gratitude we experience when we share that can fuel a relationship, particularly one built through organ donation. These connections transcend time and life, and we should consider how we can further deepen our connections through organ donation.
