Artist statement:

I would like to use this dreamlike and gentle illustration to convey the theme of organ donation through a symbolic visual story. A boy lies peacefully on the grass, with several “holes” in his body symbolising the organs he had donated. Around him, small children hold organ-shaped items representing those organs, illustrating how his donation is helping others regain life and vitality. Two boxes labelled “Organs” and a signed pledge form further illustrates the message. In the background, the clouds subtly take the shape of organs like kidneys and hearts, suggesting that his donated organs have ascended to the sky—his life continuing in others. I hope my artwork carries a message of selflessness, life, and continuation, which are all related to organ donation.
