Artist statement:

The room is filled with steady sounds - Whoosh, THUMP THUMP, HSSSH and soft voices rising and falling like a quiet rhythm. I looked around. Everything looks unfamiliar. I was welcomed by a very friendly friend (muscle) who hugged me tightly. It felt strange initially, but soon it became warm and comforting. The blood tastes different. Each flow tells a story. A hint of stress, a trace of fear filled the air. They are not sure about me yet... I try my best to keep in sync, one beat at a time, with this new environment I now belong to.
