Step 4: Preparation for submission of entries
Follow the submission guidelines to organise and collate your students’ entries.
To ensure that entries submitted are received successfully, do take some time to read through the submission requirements below.
As a teacher-in-charge, you may help your students with their entry submission! You will also serve as the main point of contact between NOTU and your students for all LOF matters, such as entry submissions, award notifications and attendance at the Awards Ceremony, if applicable.
We would strongly encourage you to familiarise yourself with the submission process early on. Do take a moment to go through the 'Important Submission Information' on the competition pages for all the details you need, including the list of references and declaration of AI use. Any entries that are found to be AI-generated or plagiarised will be disqualified.
For a smoother experience, we recommend using a laptop or desktop to submit entries.
For Individual Submissions
Students may submit their entries directly onto this online portal. The application details are to be completed in the online portal. They will receive an acknowledgement email once their entry has been submitted successfully.
Teachers-in-charge will also receive a Plumber link with access to the list of submissions under your school for easier tracking and reference of your students’ individual submissions.
For Group Submissions
You can arrange for group submission of essays/artworks and application details by contacting NOTU at liveonlivetwice@notu.com.sg. An excel sheet would be provided for ease of consolidating the details for the entries submitted.
We’d recommend setting an internal deadline that gives you enough time to consolidate and review your students' work before submission closes on 30 May 2027, 2359 hours!
NOTU can also share a dedicated Google Drive folder for your students’ submissions, within which you may upload the files. Alternatively, you can also compile the essays/artworks into compressed zip folder and submit the folder through the submission form (maximum file size of 7MB).
