Step 6: What happens next?

Results and Prizes

The results of the competition will be announced by the end of August, and award winners will be contacted by us. School Category participants will be notified of their results through their teacher. Prizes will be disbursed directly to the winners.

All participants who have submitted a valid entry will also receive a Certificate of Participation during the first 2 weeks of Term 4 (13-24 September 2027) in recognition of the courage and effort put into contributing to this meaningful cause!

Awards Ceremony

Winners will be invited to our Awards Ceremony held in August/September, and may bring along their families and friends to witness this celebration!

At the Awards Ceremony, you can get to vote for your favourite works as well! Gather your family and friends to show their support as the online voting portal will only be open for a week.

Return of Traditional Artworks

For participants who submitted physical artworks, rest assured that your work will be returned to you after the competition period in the first 2 weeks of Term 4 (13-24 September 2027) either through your teachers or directly from us. You are also welcome to include your participation and the works you created for LOF as part of your personal portfolio.

Physical Exhibitions Across Singapore

After the Awards Ceremony, your winning entry may be displayed at exhibitions across schools, hospitals and libraries, running from October 2027 to June 2028. Watch this space - your work could reach many more people than you might imagine! If you wish to host the exhibition at your school, click the button below!
